Could I get some advice on what Keywords/Phrases I should look for when trying to distinguish between the different CPT Anesthesia Physical Status Modifiers? Thanks, M

Not my area, but everything I have found boils down to this: The physical status modifier is not assigned by the coder but is determined by the anesthesiologist and documented in the anesthesia record.
